What day do you clean?
Every Tuesday morning — synchronized with the City of Toronto's Tuesday waste pickup schedule for The Beaches and Upper Beach. Your bins are already empty and at the curb, so no extra effort is required.
What time will you clean my bins?
We clean after the city collects. The cleaning window is usually early afternoon to 6pm.
Do you need anything from me?
Just access to your outdoor hose and water supply. We bring everything else — cleaning solution, equipment, and the peppermint scent.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contract with Pay As You Go — book one Tuesday at a time and cancel whenever. The Seasonal Scent-Sation Pass™ covers ~13 weeks, but that's the only multi-week commitment we offer.
What if I forget to put my bins out?
If bins aren't at the curb by Tuesday morning, we'll make note and clean the following Tuesday. You won't be charged again.
Is the peppermint wash eco-friendly?
Yes. We use an eco-friendly, biodegradable peppermint-scented solution — safe for kids, pets, and the environment. It also naturally deters raccoons and flies.
How do I pay?
All payments are processed securely via Square. Book and pay online, or text/call us and we'll send you a payment link.
